Last time we talked about mobile ticketing solution provider Masabi, they managed to secure $2 million in funding from m8 Capital. Now the company announced that its mobile rail ticket purchase application for thetrainline.com supports pretty much any mobile phone out there, whether it’s a smartphone or feature phone. The mentioned app allows users to search train times and purchase tickets using a credit or debit card, and then pick-up their tickets at the station. Obviously that’s an easier way than to wait in a queue to buy tickets. While there’s still not too many apps that support iOS 4.2 there now, they keep arriving.
