It's Simple and really useful!

Loves this app! Works as stated, simple and looks great. Nothing more, nothing less. Definitely will come in handy on dude nights at the local brewery. In a sea of awful iPhone shovelware, this tip calculator stands out.

This is a no brainer. This app is simple and smooth and does just what it says it does! Great App! Love it!

Everytime I touch the app to "spin" the tip % the screen goes black and takes me back to the iPhone home page...lame!

Comes in handy. I use it for when I'm just trying to figure out the tip and when we need to split the bill. A group of us took a friend to lunch the other day for her last day and split her bill. After everyone at the table had offered different versions of what the rest of us should pay, I opened the app, entered in our friends bill, put in the tip and the number of people to split and....voila!!! - success!!! It was so easy. Gave it 4 stars because I was so excited about my great new app that this morning I tried to show my mother-in-law and everytime I tried to change the tip it knocked me out of the application. Had to turn the phone off then back on to make it work right. Other than this one time it has worked great. Would have earned 5 stars if it hadn't been for that......

With the 1.1 update, the tip paper animation is more glitchy than a (insert funny joke here) Also, is there any reason why the bill has to load hidden on the table causing an extra click to view it??? Would there EVER be a time that I wouldn't want to see the tip paper???? This should be automatic, or at least a setting to make it automatic. Regardless, 1.1 is a bad update iPhone 3gs

Tried several tipping apps including a couple paid. This one is simple but adds a feature I could not find. The ability to increase the tip to the nearest quarter. For example some most I've tried will round a $2.33 tip to $3.00 where this app will round to $2.50. Would like to be able to set a default tip percent.

It was very helpful when i went to dinner with my friends.

Compared to the last update, improvements were made. It was useful on my trip to Europe! YEAH!! My friend and I downloaded this app and we both think that it as a handy app! The reason why I liked this app was because of its simplicity. I hope they don't add any other more options like the other tip calculators in the app store.

OK, what I'm looking for is something where you just type in the total amount of the bill, and all the calculations are done, and presented in an easy to read manner. This is definitely not that app. I tried it once, then deleted it from my iPhone. You basically type in the amount, then click 'Calc...' then the bill scrolls up, but the numbers are partially hidden by some food on the screen. Then, after that, you have to click the bill and it finally pops up! And even then, the bill has too much text and is time consuming to read... too much effort and trouble for me, personally... usually, after dining, we just want to find out how much each person has to pay, and be on our way... not fiddling with an app just to find that out...

Definitely worth the download. 5 all the way. This is the best tip app I've used thus far. It rounds amounts and lays everything out in a very detailed format. The "extra click" is not an annoyance to me as other reviewers stated. In fact, when I show it to friends, they like the little animation that requires the "extra click." This app is awesome! 

Now that the graphic annoyance with the tip paper behind the food has been fixed. I like this app!

This is a great tip calculator. It does everything you would want it to do. I love the round up feature. Plus it's free! It's great!
