Great app, perfect for the beginer bartender or vet who likes to keep track of drinks. I spent ten dollars on the cocktails app but it dosen't even come close to this one. You can edit and add drinks wich is awesome if you pick up something new you want to remember. Then you can store it in your favorites for a quick recall till you remember the recipe. Good selection of drinks with standard recipes not made up by liquor companys to promote their product.

There ought to be a law against reviewing apps you haven't tried!!! I think it's a fair price for a good app. Editable recipes, which even allow you to make notes an email them. I'd love to try a new one each day. Better get started then, because there are a ton of them!!!

It's everything I could want from a drink index. The ingredient search is intuitive and extensive, and being able to add the few custom drinks from the local bars by myself is really nice.

This is a GREAT interface... But the content is just not enough. LOT OF OLD recipies.. and even a lot of old common recipes are missing. Dont expect to find buttery nipple, fizzy navel..etc etc. My friend, whos a bartender, saw the application and shocked that it had only 3 or 4 out of 15 most famous drinks that are ordered today.. Recipies are a decade or two old.. lol. Another BAD BAD BAD point is that it has No shots recipe!!!!!!! That was a major shock! Add shots recipe and more drinks and this will be one KILLER app!

I used to bartend and this is a great bar bible and it's customizable. You can add your own drinks, and edit the ones that come in the app. Good value for $5.

I like the idea that we can search by drink name or by just any ingrediant. I would have given it a 5 star, if the drink ingrediant was fully described; as an example the recepie says Curaco. It is now left to the user to decide wheather it is Blue or White!

This app is perfect for looking up the ingredients of strange drinks. It has everything!

I really like this app. The fact that you can search by ingredient (1 or more) makes this a really cool tool. Very good selection also. A must for any home bartender.

This has a ton of drinks to choose from to begin with...but I love that you can add your own drink recipies to the list too!!!

This is perfect for a night on the town when you can't think of what to order. And for anyone that has ever purchased some type of drink bible, this has just about everything I can think of (although that probably only covers a small percentage of what I know). I'm sure it will get future updates as they become available. Completely worth the $$ and very fitting for the iPhone.

Easy to use, my favorite feature allows one to search by ingredients and then progressively add other ingredients. this helps me narrow choices depending on what I have in my bar. Now if it only had a randomizer that would only search what I have in my bar at the moment then it would be perfect.

I just love this! It's so cool... My friend and I are big drinkers for being girls (and I don't like beer) so this thing is perfect for me! I love that you can randomly pick a drink you'll never get bored drinking the same thing again! Who ever created this is a genius! <3

Easy to use interface. In addition to being a helpful app for mixing your own drinks, this is a great reference to use at a bar or restaurant when you are in the mood to try a different drink--but can't think of what you want!

Great program for the money. Seems to crash alot. I can put in one drink just fine but once I start on the second it crashes and takes me to my home screen. A fix for this would be wonderful seeing as im a bartender and have a library of personal drinks I'm putting in.

Excellent interface and content. It could be improved by providing descriptions of drinks and ingredients, as well as by allowing users to eliminate drinks which they don't have the ingredients for. Otherwise, fantastic!

I emailed the developer before purchasing this app months ago and asked if they were going to include shots and current popular drinks. He said they were in the next update. It's been almost 6 months now and no update.

The ability to add drinks make this app worth it.

I am no bartender, so this app is simple to use and works perfect for me.

For a bartender, this app has it all. lots of drinks, but with the ability to add new ones or modify existing recipes.

I want to enter all the ingredients I currently have and have it tell me all the different drinks I would be able to make. Also maybe a shopping list for things I'm missing to make my favorite drinks.

I've always been in situation where I wondered how to make a certain drink and now I pull out the iphone and make them!

this developer's been saying the update's right around the corner, and now he's not. not sure what the deal is. but, as someone who paid for this thinking that an update was imminent, it's frustrating to be misled. as far as these recipes go, there are better ones for less (compare chocolate martinis on this and drunkdial, for instance). not a bad app, but certainly harder to justify in light of all the free (and in some cases better) competition.

i am a bartender and have bought every drink app on the store. this one is hands down the best. great selection of drinks, includes most popular ones ordered today except shots. you can add your own recipes though so not too big of a problem, however updates that included more recipes would be nice so i wouldn't have to enter a bunch by hand. layout is very clean and makes for easy navigation and eye appeal. would like to see the problem of the last drink/ingredient in the list never staying on the screen. also sometimes when editing a recipe and you add something it returns to the recipe card missing the add ingredients/instructions buttons. to really make this app the best the ability to save custom ingredients/instructions would be nice, typing them over and over is annoying. the ability to edit glassware, such as names, ounces, and pictures. and of course the ability to take a picture of a finished drink and save it to the recipe card. all in all if you are looking for the best drink app this one is definitely it!

Pretty darn good app. Well worth the $. Love that you can edit or add your own drinks mark or unmark as favorite is easy! The only thing on my phone is sometimes after adding ingredients it doesn't give you the option to add more. You just have to save the drink and edit it again and you're set. Good work!!

If you are bored with the same olddrinks or just want to know how to make them yourself , this is for you! Has a huge database and it is written in the native interface so it looks beautiful!!!!!

Tried both a Martini and margarita off this app and the ratios were aweful do not waste your money

Version 2.0 was a long time coming, but it was worth the wait. The new recipes are way more accurate and all the popular ones that were missing before are in there now (minus all the junk). The liquor cabinet is a handy feature for me, since I have a pretty large collection. Once I enter my own recipes, I'll be using this app all the time.

Excellent interface and content. The liquor cabinet feature in 2.0 is great for the home bar.

Everyone complains about there not being enough recipes (for simple drinks like the lemon drop!), the this is the best bartending app because you edit and create recipes. If you work at restuarant you know you can modify thiis app to fit your work recipe guide. It's a bartender must have!

This most recent update was a huge improvement. I was excited about the cabinent feature, but was ultimately disappointed. I'd like to be able to enter all of the ingredients I have (not just liquors) to see what I can make. Until then, the cabinent feature isn't very useful. Here's hoping a follow-up update in the near future enables the cabinent with other ingredients.
