There does not seem to be a "users manual" on the site. There is apparently no way to delete an item from the LOG. This makes it unusable as it stands unless there are no entry errors! NOT WORTH $8 AS IT IS, wait for the next iteration.

Notes? Editing? Date Changing? REALLLY?

The only addition I would like to see is the ability to email the log to your doctor.

This app has serious potential but needs serious work. Needs email capability, deletion of catergories and meds, the ability to input more than one event in the log at a time (instead of entering your glucose, saving it; and then entering it meds each individually.) For those who take more than one med like me, the process becomes rather cumbersome. As this app sits it's not any better than the free ones that u can get. Don't spend the $8 yet!

A really good app except that the buttons at the bottom are either too sensitive or too close together. Also, those of us on oral meds want to keep track of our glucose also. How about adding some of those or at least give the option of entering your own specific meds.

These folks seem to have some sort of problem updating and keeping promises, SAVE YOUR MONEY, Buy a couple of beers!

I was delighted to find this application for my IPhone after having used two versions of the program as standalone handheld Trackers. This is the same program as the handheld Tracker with the addition of even more food and restaurant listings. (The handheld units had 75,000!). The only reason I did not give this app five stars was because unlike the handheld versions I cannot sync this to my computer and create print-outs to use with my healthcare team. Either that or the ability to email records would make this perfect! The complaint that you cannot erase entries is not something I have needed so I cannot speak to that but I can say that I had no trouble adding all my meds (even a temporary antibiotic which I later deleted) nor have I had any problem with buttons being too close or too sensitive - perhaps because I am a woman with small hands. I will say that using the Tracker has been a HUGE part of my success in keeping my A1C levels averaging 5.5 because of the ability to check my foods and keep records of everything in one handy place and I excpect this program to continue that trend. Meanwhile my old handheld Trackers are in the hands of non-IPhonies who will reap their benefits! Thanks everyone at the Tracker company - you've made it a lot easier to stay healthy while being diabetic!

My mother thought it was strange that I was staggering after having our nails done. She saved my life. The ER Dr said there was no medical reason for me to be alive my blood sugar was 1028. If I had gone home and gone to sleep like I wanted to I probablly would not have woken up. The ER Dr asked if I was out of insulin or something; I told him I have never had diabetes. He told me "you do now. You will be staying with us for a few days" I was admitted to ICU. I was completely shocked. The Dr said I should have had a stroke or gone into a coma at 800. I searched the apps store and tried another app before I found Track3. This is positivily the BEST diabetes tracking program! It tells you everything so your not guessing on your food portions;it is already figured out, log it. I also like that you can see one full day at a time. It falls right into an Excell spreadsheet that I can email or fax right to my Dr. and he has all the information he needs. If you are a newbe to diabetes or an ole' pro this is the app you definately want to use!!! If I can use it being just diagnosed any one can!!!!

I've been using Track3 for several months now and am delighted with the flexibility it offers me (e.g. - ability to change portion size of my favorite foods as I record a meal). I export my data regularly to my Mac and update my spreadsheet with my nutrition, exercise and medication data. Would love to have sync'ing to a server of my custom food entries as I lost all of them trying to sync and back up my 3GS in late May and had to start creating them all over again. Also, there are some curious gaps in the restaurant and common foods areas which make searching for a specific restaurant dish or a relatively generic food an 'interesting' experience.Minor caveats notwithstanding, this is a truly superb assistant for any diabetic.

This is the best app for diabetics. I have an A1C% that is over <14 and I have always been searching for some help, and this app is by far the best. I have had this app for about a year or so now, and the updates are always fantastic; this one especially. I certainly have always loved the portion of where you can log your exercises, so you can see just what your doing. And now the new update has a correction factor for insulin!? Holy heck, this app is WONDERFUL. Must have, if you have diabetes.

THIS IS JUST A WONDERFUL EASY TO USE APP. IT DOES EVERYTHING A DIABETIC NEEDS. ONLY THING MISSING IS AN ENTRY FOR DAILY WEIGHT AND A CHART IN THE CHARTS SECTION FOR SAME. BETTER THAN ALL OF THE OTHER APPS I HAVE USED.Thank you for including this feature in the newest release. Very well executed, which makes it the best app I use on my iPhone 4.

If you have diabetes, or have a child with diabetes, I HIGHLY recommend this app! It is easy to learn and user friendly. Worth buying because you can't put a price on your health!

There were many good reviews on this app but I was still nervous about it working for me. The second I started using it my worries were erased! I love this app and highly recommend it! I downloaded an update today and they have added a few of the features other reviewers were looking for (such as a weigh log). Using this app has helped me so much and I am very thankful for it! I'll always use it to help track and control my diabetes.

This app is great!! I have a young son with diabetes and it makes tracking him while on the go so much easier. I highly recommend this for anyone dealing with this illness.

Makes the hassle of carb counting a simple no brainer. Ability to enter food by weight makes it pretty much flawless, if you have a scale in your kitchen. I use this app before every meal and it keeps records that I can email to myself to give my Dr. This app is imperative if you are an insulin dependent diabetic. GET IT!
