So far this app has worked exactly as advertised. The push to text and e-mail are fast and work well. This was the most important feature to me. Registration is a little slow and you need any one aol or gmail (or most any other account that moat everyone already has including facebook are listed) but they provide tons of options Once set up this app seems to work very well. I would recomend it.

Well?? I gave it the old college try right up to the point where I deleted it from my iPhone. I found this app to be a waste of time. Speaking of time the customer support was VERY fast to respond to an email A++ however, ineffective in solving my problem. My issue seemed to be with the initial setup. This app uses an OpenID to operate you can use a Yahoo ID, AOL, etc. this setup after repeated attempts failed. I am sure this will be a worthwhile app, let me know when version 2.5 is released. As an addendum...while piddling with this app the package I was trying to track was delivered. Who would have thought setting up a little tracking application on a PDA would turn out to be more difficult than installing the laptop motherboard I just received from UPS

Buggy, ugly, yet potentially useful application

I have Delivery Status (which I love) and then I tried this just to see if the push notifications could enhance my package tracking enough to justify deleting DS. For now, Delivery Status is staying. The Trackthis account is so confusing that I have no idea what's going on with it. The application rejected my Facebook login twice and Gmail once saying errors had occurred, but then proceeded to allow me to add a package after i pressed done and then I got a push notification for that package, but when I opened the application, it said i wasn't logged in. I can take the time to get live updates with DS for now if I want to know where my stuff is. Fix the UI, fix the login, fix the concept. Then I'll change my rating.

I purchased this program set up an account as required tracked one package that worked and the program has not worked since. I either want a rufund or a working app. It is a real shame. I would have given it 5 stars if it worked. UPDATED I am updating my review to 5 stars due to great service by author. My problem was fixed by the customer service on a Sunday afternoon and now seems to work perfect. Very happy as of now and would recomend this app

I love this app. I've used few different package tracking app (Delivery Status and Package Tracker) but this app is best out of all of them. I already had an account with the website so the setup was pretty simple for me. The app synced instantaneously with the data on the site and worked perfectly. the Push notification is awesome. I added an package from the website and i received a push update on the package without having to launch the app.

Can't log in / no customer service

I have tried my facebook and yahoo log ins and have only gotten thrown back to the same signin screen. I reported the problem by email and NO responce. The program drags and is very slow. This is the first app that I honestly want my money back. My packages have been shipped and arrived from across country before I can get any help on this. Find another app before buying this. If it goes to free, it may be worth a try if they work the bugs out. Till then, one star is too much.

A great way to monitor the progress of your package as its crosses the country, right to your iPhone or other smartphone! Simple to use, and works flawlessly! The app evens notifies me of a delivered package before the carrier's web site shows it! A friend with his own business even uses it to track packages going to his customers. Makes ordering packages even more enjoyable! Thanks!! (Warning: The US Post Office doesn't seem to update their package tracking web site as often as the other carriers, so don't judge the app based on USPS.)
