App works very well. Interface is intuitive. Collects all the data I need for mileage tracking at my company and exports it well. The number wheel is clumsy to use due the small width of the wheels. Hopefully the number pad in a future version upgrade will work better. Had to watch the whole tutorial on their website before discovering that you had to go to the iPhone Settings screen to change some of the app options rather than from inside the app itself. Color skin is not the greatest--- Brown?? Really?

The website offers a TRULY informative movie, presenting delightful surprises at virtually every turn as various aspects of the program are demonstrated. Dang near every feature an IRS-conscious user wants is present. And, the intelligent implementation, in both input and execution, is absolutely wondrous.

I originally reviewed this app a few weeks ago.  My first review was realistic but not all together flattering.  Since I really need an app like this, because I am a road warrior driving over 40,000 miles a year for work, I forwarded my review to the people at App Cubby.

I got the iPod Touch to replace an aging Palm m505. One of the essential applications I needed was a mileage log since I do a considerable amount of driving and get reimbursed for it. Until now I would enter "start" and "end" mileage in the Palm's calendar, then painstakingly consolidate the entries into a spreadsheet for a final tax report.

I love the program, but just lost all my data when I updated the version. I now see the disclaimer about updating on the apps home page... but had no warning as I updated via WiFi on my phone.

I've been looking for an app like this since the launch of the App Store. I'm on the road a lot for business and have been using the dreaded notebook method of tracking everything. What a pain!

I own and have tried the other milage apps that are out and i really tired to love them. However they always left me wanting more. This app however ROCKS! It has everything you need or would want in an app. Very well thought out, easy to use, looks great, and makes keeping up with your milage a fast and simple. I log over 30,000 miles a year and this app has simplified that process. Watch the great video they have on their website if you want to see just how great this app is. I would highly recommend this app to anyone. My wife and i both have it on our iphone now.

This app rocks! It is the most complete, most professional, and smoothest running mileage app in the store! This is what I imagined a mileage log for iPhone to be like! I can't think of anything else the app needs. I especially like the way the app uses familiar data-entry methods from native apps. More people need to know about this app!

I looked at the other Mileage apps and the writers had just written them thinking someone needed one, or if they actually wrote it for themselves. This app appears the be the first one that someone wrote for themselves (which is why the iphone is so Good, Apple made the phone they wanted). Anyway, my biggest issue is with the time entry. I wish there was a preference that let you change the time increments to 15 min or 30 min instead of ONE minute. It's a pain to have to flick, flick, flick to get the minutes set. I tend to just block time in 15 or 30's, but I'm sure others need up to the minute, so a preference would be great.

OK, I've been using this app for about a week now. There is no reason to look at any of the other mileage apps. The user interface is simple and intuitive and while the app is not pretty there is an elegance in its simplicity. Email transfer was simple and flawless. File comes in CSV format which Excel and NeoOffice convert in a snap, then it is a simple matter to sort and filter to create whatever report you want. The only issue I've seen so far is that there is no option for a Personal trip. I'm just using the Other category and set the deduction rate to zero, so it works for me. Apps like this are exactly why I bought the iPhone.

Even though it seems reduntant to add one more rave to the list of rave reviews, I must do it. This is probably the most completely well-thought-out app I've downloaded from iTunes - and I've got a ton of them. Can't wait for the developers to come up with their next projects - Gas Cubby and especially Cash Cubby, which will track business expenses. I bought this app for tracking my mileage as a location photographer. It's great in that it can be set to track many auto related items because of the flexibility built into it. I even use it to track car repairs and oil changes by creating tags for those tasks, but you can eliminate the clutter by filtering those item off when not needed.

I travel nearly every day for business. Writting down mileage and trip details on a pad of paper can be cumbersome and messy. This application does a wonderful job of exporting the mileage data to an OpenOffice spreadsheet (it did not work as well with a NeoOffice spreadsheet). Overall, I highly recommend the application.

This is the app everyone else was promising. App Cubby delivered. The update makes it even more user friendly. Can't wait until the financial app for small businesses is released.

As usual App Cubby has another great app. The elegance and effectiveness is obvious in the design and execution. I'm using this app now to track vacations, but will use it to track side business mileage for IRS purposes.

This application will save me many hours of tedious input. The interface is well thought out and designed with excellent search capabilities. After several e-mail’s to the publisher, I am convinced that he is dedicated to delivering the most fully featured and robust mileage log solution available. This application will put more money in your pocket period!

I purchased Trip Cubby in October and have never regretted it. Very reliable application. Easy to use. No problems with entering data. It has never crashed. I have to keep milage for the IRS and I find entering milage log books tedious and uninteresting. I really like this product. I am looking forward to see what new products this group introduces in the future. Thanks Trip Cubby.

Excellent program. Does what it says in a mostly intuitive way. It would be better if you could rearrange the rows so that the ones you use frequently are at the top. For example, I use two vehicles, so every time I have to scroll way down to change the vehicle. Would be better if I had the choice to put that entry near the top. But this is a minor quibble. It's a great program.

I don't buy very many apps, but this one has proven to be an invaluable timesaver for me. It performs as promised as a simple to use, reliable mileage tracker that really does eliminate the hassle of otherwise having to keep a log with pen and paper. Yet there's something even more outstanding about Trip Cubby...and that's the support from the developers. My emails to them are answered within minutes and that includes the time when I was troubleshooting a minor annoyance...they got to the bottom of it quickly and thoroughly. It's worth mentioning to Mac users that Trip Cubby has no problems at all with handling exported files in Numbers as well as Excel. Well worth the pocketchange price.

Prior to getting my second generation iPhone, I used a free mileage application on my Palm Pilot. When I first got my iPhone, I was using iPhone Miles, a web application. This web application was perfect for my needs EXCEPT for the fact that I always had to go online to use it. I had been keeping my eyes open for a solid mileage application and was impressed by Trip Cubby's reviews and the tutorial on their website. I went ahead and purchased it and I LOVE it. It has way more features than you could imagine and the support from the company is top notch. I love not having to wait until I get a solid connection to input my mileage data. I simply click on the Trip Cubby, input my data and voila'... I'm set! If you're looking to get a solid application that probably has more features than you'll ever need and great customer support, buy Trip Cubby.

What Trip Cubby has accomplished with this app is nothing short of brilliant. I have experienced few apps for the iPhone or any other device for that matter that have had this level of excellence from the start. What you need is here. What you want is here. Excellent trip summary screen

This is a very useful application for those of us who need to track our mileage. However, I'd like to see better implementation for those who use multiple vehicles. For example, if I save a frequent trip after making it in my truck, then take that frequent trip in my car, the mileage defaults to the truck mileage EVEN if I change the vehicle by editing the data after the frequent trip is recalled. That means that those who use two or more cars have to save an identical but separate frequent trip for each vehicle. The frequent trip list gets too long to be very useful and it's even less so because the name of the vehicle must be included early in the Purpose or Destination fields so it will be visible in the list title. It would be nice if, when using a saved frequent trip, a prompt asked which vehicle was going to be used and then have the app fill in appropriate mileage data. At the very least, the app should requery the database for correct mileage if the user edits the vehicle used.

Very easy to use than other software. but I like to see Sync with desktop

I own all(most) of the mileage apps. This one tops them all. Had a few crashes but I'm sure that will be fixed on the next update.

Very nice work, I would like to see a way to record personal non business miles and a report that would give precent comparison of personal to business travel

I rate apps hard. But I've been using this one for a year now and have logged thousands of miles in it. It has paid for itself many times over in the miles I can keep track of for my business. I would not normally track miles if it was not an easy and quick and always available (in my pocket).
