I am a fan of Tweetie but I have to say, TweetDeck exceeded my expectations. This is a fine, greatly made app. Groups, Multiple Accounts, Growl and more! Love it!

Great app, just needs facebook integration like it's desktop version to be perfect!

This is an awesome 1.0 for Tweetdeck, bringing many features that are nonexistent in even paid twitter clients. However, it's lacking a landscape mode (overall and for posting tweets), the image service integration you get with desktop tweetdeck, the ability to tap links in a tweet without opening the whole tweet. I'd hope to see improvements to the growl-like feature as well to make it function like the updates button. Overall this is an excellent start and by far the best free Twitter client, but it lacks some of the commonly used features in Tweetie.

This is the best Twitter app I've used. I wish it didn't crash as often as it does. It would also be nice if there was an option to clear read tweets like the desktop app does. I'd also like it if it automatically scrolled to the first unread tweet.

I have tweetdesk on my computer. But on this I can't update my facebook like on my computer. Is this going to be fixed

A very good application. TweetDeck is my favorite PC Twitter client, and now it's my favorite one on my iPod. It's very accessible and simple to use, just as the PC version is. My only complaint is the lack of landscape keyboard, but I'll just hope that shows up later.

This app is amazing! I love tweetdeck on my desktop and being able to sync the two is awesome! The only thing I could ask for is to be able to see my followers and who I'm following so I never have to go to the site!!! Looove this app so much!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Please add push notification!!!!!!

This app is very intuitive, and is one of the best app for twitter, and is FREE.

This application has a nice clean interface. My only gripe is that it doesn't let me make a column for nearby tweets. Can't wait for push notifications!

Great App, love the desktop app aswell. Only problem is that I get frequent crashes on this iPhone version app. Hope the next update takes care of this issue. Great job guys.

I've never written a review (which I guess is probably the stupidest way to start a review). After downloading and configuring TweetDeck on my iPhone, I felt that I should share my thoughts though.

While logging in with an account, the app crashes badly. Iphone 3G running 3.0 firmware. Did you forget to test on this hardware?

Crashes WAY too much, even after iPhone reboot. No trends, no real search function, no landscape keyboard, no way to add multiple @users in a tweet without manual entry, no stocks, Ect ect ... Back to Twittelator Pro.

It would be a nice app if it were stable. I've had it crash 4 times and freeze once since installing. Hopefully an update will fix this.

I'm really dissapointed that they didn't include search/trends in this app. I'm sure it will come in an update but until then, I'll be using Tweetie. twitter.com/hijnnu

Seems like a good product not to mention its free. Like how it syncs with your desktop client having some issues showing the same collums though.

Best Twitter app I've used so far!

I use tweet deck for my Mac desktop and love it. This application carries that love over to my iPhone. Amazing product for a 1.0 release! Can't wait to see what brews up in the next installments!

*** Updated for 1.01 The crashes appear to be a thing of the past. No matter what I did the app would not crash where it was previously just unusable. While trends have been added, I'm afraid it's not very intuitive and if you need to go through the process of "Add a new column" and toggle through the choices until you get to "View Trends". It seems a rather awkward way just to find a list. But people were badly missing this and it is here. Sync columns seems to have developed a problem, and I don't know if it is with this implementation or a server issue. I often got nothing but a click and the button to disappear when clicking on 'sync columns' but there was often an immediate message that there was a problem with this synch, try later. When it does at tims actually check for updates it either produces the same error, or advises there is nothing to sync (where a column was deleted) - All in all, the crashes alone allows me to raise the rating to three stars from one. I feel this is an app that can really grow on you and the more you use it the more you'll like it. That was impossible with the crashing of course. The trends are a good addition but poorly executed, and of course the sync is an issue I can't figure yet. No doubt I will be raising my rating to four stars in the near future and perhaps on the next release to five. This is a very clever implementation of an app that has more or less just been done one way previously. Great prospects.

I like the look of TweetDeck, and I love the idea of synching with my desktop version, but this app can't stay up long enough for me to get attached to it -- it keeps crashing to the home screen. I'm sticking with Tweetie but will consider trying TweetDeck again after the next upgrade.

Everyone complaining that this app is too slow is coz they don't have the new 3GS suckas!!!11!1!! :P

Great Twitter app. Great design, very smooth. I can't believe it's free, it feels like an app you'd pay $5 (or more) for. Get the feeling of premium, but for free. Great job TweetDeck. (Be sure to check out their desktop client as well, it has a great sync feature.)

This app is a very fluid and natural extension of the desktop based version of TweetDeck. Great UI!

all i can say is this is a Excellent app to have for the i phone

no reason to get tweetdeck if u can't connect w/ facebook. it gives u a connection error everytime u try to open a FB column and instructs u to check ur FB permissions and to logout and log back in. doesn't work. switched back to echofon. not only is echofon reliable u can load back to as many tweets or msgs u want. tweetdeck only lets u go back to the last 200. i receive over 200 tweets a day and would require me to check every few hrs or i would miss tweets. the other problem is u can't get to ur profile page w/o looking urself up, meaning u can't see a list of ur followers or who ur following. the one tap profile tab/column seems pretty obvious. how that was looked over, i dunno. the layout looks great but until at least the facebook connection problem is corrected there is no real need for tweetdeck since for tweets alone, other apps are better

New update... More crashes ... Face Book link still broken .. Nice Twitter App but no reason to buy until the FaceBook feed works ... If they can get the iPhone version to work like the Mac version ... this will be amazing

And it's FREE TOO! I can't believe it when I glance through the App store and found this. I'm using tweetdeck on my computer as well and I thought the idea of havin it for the iPhone and iPod touch is genius!!

Love the app but I follow about 100 people and this app will only allow 200 tweets and sometimes that's only 3 hours back. Why no MORE button as every other Twitter app has?
