This is very close to a 5 star application now except for one huge problem.... the recent update talks about info on 100 US Cities and Presidents but when you click on that option, there's no information!!!! Once they fix that bug, this will be quite a great states application!

Also cool is that it is free if you previously owned it! I was going to write a review on the old one, on how it crashed my iPod Touch. But found that the updated went into effect, which is wonderful! They corrected the infamous capital listing "malfunction" for it is now listed correctly that Illinois capital is Springfield. For the record, all the other information seemed correct before, as is now. The layout is easy to use and the fact that you get the important documents of American History is also awesome. Tip for the users: You CAN zoom out on the maps, you do so by pushing two fingers in opposite directions on the map.

I just updated and the Presidents section is blank. Good job.

This app is americunt properganda and by the looks of it by a typical dumb americunt as some info is wrong. It doesn't mention that the south of America was stolen from Mexico.

Potentially the best U.S. reference source except as above and the randomizer needs work in the quiz. Also, who really knows or needs to know the state flags.

Each and every time I looked at the maps. I had to reset my phone each and every time.

There is no info on the president's page or the major cities page. They need to fix this.

This app contains a wealth of information, but it' hard to get because the app continually crashes.

It does not show the presidents and is slow and crashes all the time. If these problems are fixed then it's 4 stars NEEDS AN UPDATE

Great start, love the update. Needs bug fixed for viewing maps- when zoomed in it skips to next map instead of scrolling over on zoomed map

So far all the apps that I've gotten from ads have been really good, and all worked fine. Please fix the major cities and presidents soon.

It still showing Gorge Bush the president. Please update all the information. It a great app and a must have but the developers are not interested in this app it seems.

Do you know the capital of Illinois? It's not Springfield, but actually Chicago, according to this app. North Dakota has no state flag and all of the states websites are just their abbreviation.gov. In the real world, north Dakota has a flag and the states do have real websites, not the shortcut addresses that the designer tried to get away with. Lazy?

This application does not even have all of what it says it has. It does not show major cities, presidents, etc. Time to update this app.

State officials not correct...ie: North Carolina. Also would like to see state bird & tree.

In the Capital Quiz, they say that the capital of Illinois is Chicago!

PLEASE replace random draw with random preshuffle. This way people won't have to answer the same question 10 times. If you really want to sell it add the questions which are asked during the naturalization and citizenship interview (get them online). A good start anyhow.

This app has potential. It has many features but it needs updates. It crashes way too much. It says Chicago is the capital of Illinois but it's Springfield. I give it 2 stars until there are updates.

I am a teacher for special ed. Very nice application. Very comprehensive for a pack and go source of information. The quiz is very nice and provides a multi-choice format. Definitely get this one. Tried several others and no where near this one.

It's ok. Like others have said, glad it was free. Had a few incidents of "freezing" while using this app. The map quiz is very repetative. I stopped answering the same 6 questions by time I got to question #53. When does the quiz actually end?

The maps lock up every time. I have to completely shut down my iPod and reboot. Also, the states data is missing US Representatives. Not worth the "free" for the hassle,sorry.

This is pretty good except for a few things 1. The president is Barack Obama, not George Bush. Please update 2. This system keeps crashing. I'ld like to see the maps but it keeps crashing. It would also be nice to be able to search without it crashing. 3. Durring the quiz it would be nice not to get the same question 8 times

As others have said, the capital of Illinois is Springfield, not Chicago. Overall, a great app!
