The Ustream Broadcaster for Android is a legacy app for Android 1.5 and 1.6. It allows users to stream live mobile video to Ustream from their devices via 3G or WiFi or record high-quality videos offline and upload to Ustream later.

Android device owners can now do the same thanks to the official Ustream Android app recently uploaded to the Android Market. Ustream is a video streaming service that delivers feeds from webcams and now Android devices. The Ustream app can broadcast live content to the web over 3G or Wi-Fi, or it can record in offline mode and then upload to the Internet. provides similar functions on Android, however Ustream claims that there is less lag in its videos.
