I've been using this dictionary for a while now and have to say it has amazed me. No need for an internet connection and the fact that you can type in the approximate spelling of the word you're searching for and find what you want is worth the price right there. But the thing that really astounds me is that when you've found the word you want and you're looking through all the different examples of how that word can be used, if there's a word you don't know you can touch it and it will take you to that word. Hours of endless education! How did I ever live without my iPhone and this dictionary?!

I have been waiting for months for a decent english dutch dictionary and finally it arrived. I rate it 4 stars because this dictionary doesn't contain all words of the comprehensive "Grote Woordenboeken". I certainly would give 5 stars to a full edition of the "Grote Woordenboek Engels/Nederlands" and hope this will be released soon.

This is an excellent application. It lists numerous idomatic expressions and its "create your own flashcard" feature is useful. However, it is geared for native Dutch speakers. It gives pronunciation of English but not Dutch words. It gives grammar and conjugations only of the English. It does not list genders or plurals for Dutch nouns, or irregular forms of verbs. I hope they match the Dutch dictionary features to the English in updates.
