This works great, but when moving a file to a directory from within the app there is no "back" button. Really frusraring - you have to close and reopen the app to get back to the main menu. Please fix this!

Easy to set up, but fails to read large PDFs. Locks up or crashes on a 60+ meg file. Disappointing.

This app is perfect for windows users who have difficulty using WebDAV. This let's you use FTP or a web form to transfer files. It's super easy. I do wish that I could email saved documents. Also, I have no idea how to access it via the bonjour host name like in the picture :-/. 5 star none the less!!!

This app is a gem. Works perfectly, and is soo easy to setup. Works just like the description says.

Complete. Edit text, move copy create files, cool tip-download pics from mail or safari and import into here and see full res. plus resize while able to see dimensions. Can resize with or without proportions locked. To save back to iPods saved photos save at most 639 by 639 to see clearly in saved photos. Awsome. I had with no username and password to make it sync at all with computer oh well. Haven't tried others yet. Prob won't unless they become free. Another tip- clear memory with the memorystatus app or by rebooting to really help connecting to computer.

For some reason I purchased both this and Headlight Software's other app that does the same thing. Anyway, they both have the same problems. MUCH better alternatives that prove the adage that you get what you pay for are Files, MobileFiles Pro, and Air Sharing.

With all of the great reviews on the net (apptism & Appschool) & the recent price drop, I went ahead and picked it up! All of the hype is true! Excellent display, FTP options are what they should be... EASY! Let me be the first to say that the icon is straight hot lookin with it's retro style! For a 1.99 you can be assured that your money has been spent extremely well! Air Share is no more!

I'm a newbie to the iTouch having used a Palm Tungsten with DocsToGo for a few years. This app doesn't provide the same functionality as DocsToGo, but it does give the user a way to store documents on the iTouch for future reference even when away from the source material and network. It works well. The only glitches I've found have to do with the way the iTouch reads Excel spreadsheets (not a perfect reader but good enough).

This does exactly what it says it does. I am able to put files on my ITouch in seconds. Get it while the price is low!

Great app with elegant interface and amazing ease of use. I would love to see a quick scroll feature (or bookmarks) for the longer documents. But for short documents THIS is the file reader that I turn to first now.

very good app. i like the text edit features but i wish there was some way to display html pages either within the app or on the safari browser. i did discover that you can navigate to the main page but some more documentation or a back button would have been helpful. the best part of the app is the ftp features which are very useful.

It dosen't work!!!

I purchased this app thinking it might be slightly useful to cart around a few files. It does that with ease, including many features that the iPod should have simply launched with, such as allowing larger resolution images. I later made the mistake of attempting to update iTunes. It failed and has been very problematic in repairing. While I work on fixing that mess, I don't have to worry about finding another device to sync my podcasts to. And best of all I can send the files to my iPod from pretty much any computer connected to the network. the only gripe I have is that it would be nice to run the app without creating this network, so I could access my files, maintain better security, and still use my wifi connection. But that is a very small issue. I had no idea how important this program would end up being, but I currently couldn't function without it.

For $1.99, I think it perfectly carries out what it was designed to do. One feature I would love to see in a future update would be to have password-protected files AND folders, similar to the 'Folders' application. I give this a FIRM 4/5

Need a button in settings to allow it not to sleep. It does everything it says very well and designed is great but lacks a button to not allow sleep if left inactive.

The new version for OS 3.0 doesn;t rotate PDFs properly in Landscape mode. It rotates the file, but it's only as wide as the protrait mode?

WiFi Disk is great, don't get me wrong, but there are problems in version 1.1 with image viewing. Many images appear very small, like a thumbnail while others are larger than the screen and require scrolling to view. Also, landscape mode for pictures is broken. If these issues can be addressed in an update soon, this will be one of my favorite apps.

Sleep timer doesn't work unless you access files first. Goes to sleep if no files accessed in less than a few minutes. Need it to respond to no sleep timer on startup, not upon file access. Everything else is great.
