Be careful before you buy. I just bought a brand new itouch - have not even used it, it is that brand new. My wife wanted this app, claiming the advertisement said it was compatible with "ipod touch". She missed the part about the devise requiring OS 3 or whatever it is called. We bought the app and it will not download on my devise. Enjoy the $1.99 Itunes, you use it better than I just did.

I guess it's just me, but I have had no luck moving through the instructions for each exercise. There is a little bubble that says "b" for the second part but I can't get to it. Can anyone help?

I love this app!! I don't want to make my own routines. That's what my trainer is for; that's what I use this for. The routines are interesting and efficient. Easy to do with the equipment I have at home. For the person who can't scroll down: scroll up a little amd then go down.
