Need to upgrade your Android Software I have a Samsung Acclaim. And I was having all the same issues blank screen and also not getting past the Facebook login. Apparently I was running the old Android software version 2.23. Upgraded to version 2.25 and now it works great. My carrier is US Cellular and I was able to get instructions to do the upgrade from the US Cellular website. Its tricky but if you follow the directions its totally doable on your own, Otherwise Im sure your carrier will help you upgrade at a service center. Hope this helps :D

I have a Motorola Electrify and every time I try to sit down at a table it shuts my phone off! This is a brand new phone not even a month old! I got a new phone thinking that my old phone was junk because I kept getting kicked off with my last phone and the phone was getting out dated! So I replaced it with the best phone on the market three weeks ago and it's still happening! I think Zynga Poker better get things straighted out or alot of people are gonna delete your app. Get IT TOGETHER!

I only play two or three times a week for a few minutes to pass the time. Yet every morning I wake up to Zynga notifications trying to get me to play more. NO. I hate advertising like that. I can make my own decisions without being notified. Secondly, the app starts right back up after you kill it. You don't even have to click it. It opens itself back up. I've always thought Zynga was evil though. No idea why I installed in the first place. Certain hands which should have won lost. Uninstalling.

Tired of all the bogus promises bout fixing the android issue with joining up with online. Have seen the developers promise to fix the issue in the previous posts numerest times in the next updates and never do. Some idiots are a waste of my time to play with their 3 million in chips, yet continue to force ppl all the way in on the low bet tables. Come on guys, fix the issue. Would nice to play with my friends who take the game serious

Stop complaining it free, and I've never had any issue with this app. Could possible be you watch to much porn on your device and have viruses. Blame your device before you jump to conclusions. Doesn't matter if you have a 100dollar device or a 2000dollar device. If there something wrong with it your apps. Are not going to work. Andseriously it's not like you payed for zynga poker. Theirs alot of bugs within this game that will lose you millions of chips I had 4 of a kind aces 2 for my cards and 2 in the table and lost to a person who had a 4 10 which zynga says was a straight which it was NOT lost 3.2 million on one hand because of this glitch. Also it shows me the same cards repeatedly sometimes until I manually force close zynga app. But zynga should make it more of a priority to fix the bugs cause it to give the losing hand the chips. Keep updating It Gets better every update.

I have to say after trying basically every poker app available. This is hands down the best poker app available! This app does have flaws it will award the loosing hand chips sometimes and sometimes it will show the same cards over and.over till the app its manually forced closed. But compared to every other poker app available. This is the best poker app In every aspect! The one thing that needs fixed soon is awarding the losing hand chips people can lose millions this way zynga. And that's not right.

I spent hundreds of dollars on chips every few months ,continuously had chips missing ,I think zynga is responsible and took them !!I've talked to docs inns of other people who tell me the same thing that chips are missing ??I do believe they remove chips from your account when you're playing gradually and when you have 100,000,000 and they remove 2 or 3,000,000 here in there it's not very noticeable ,I believe this is done purposely so you buy more ,they try and get you to run out of chips soon to make mr$

This app is so glitchy I had 400k and lost it all in three hands, first hand I folded on the turn and it decided to put me all in but didnt actually play my cards, second hand same deal, third hand I didn't even press anything then suddenly all the cards turned over and apparently I was all in again. Not happy I know its not real money but I worked hard to get up that high. And sometimes I can even see other peoples hands, thats the only good glitch.

cheating getting worst! esy to win millions using multiple accounts!! not exactly a game of luck anymore.. in a 5 player table, found out there was already a team of 4players who were either using multiple accounts.they could tell what cards each had!!!! furthermore accused me of unfairplay!! using fake accounts, impersonation has become so common that one would think twice before they start making friends. I loved this game as it allowed meeting ppl frm diffrnt parts; but it now seems that the gameplay environment has turned out to b vry poor nd phony

This game would be quite good if it didn't freeze all the time! It also folds me when i don't want to sends me all in or makes me leave the table completely for no reason! So annoying! Somthing else which is annoying is if the tables are full of there's not enough ppl wanting to play in the tournament u just entered without warning it will throw u into a different tournament with a different prize and buy in wich u didn't want to play but your forced to or u will lose your buy in. Not good at all!!!!!!!!!!!

good ui, good graphics. horribly laggy. Even with a decent 4G signal, it lags out and folds your hand, or forces you off a table. have lost many hands that should have ben winners, (but have also been saved from bad beats and lousy flops as well) but that shouldn't happen at all. instead of folding your hands, it should keep you in the hand as if you were all in. no more bets allowed, even if your phone "catches" up, but you can still win the hand if yours is the best...just a suggestion zynga.

This game would much better if the daily gifts from other players & the chip bonus was based on a calendar day instead of an exact 24 hours from the last time you collected. If I forget during the day & collect late at night, I have to hope that the next night I am up late enough to collect. If I am not, then I have to wait til the next day. Snowball effect and I wind up losing at least one day per week. Please change this!

This poker game is so unrealistic it's only fun for a little while with all these all inner's it's crazy. Not saying that it's not a good game it's just that it needs to be more realistic. And why is it that zynga needs all this personal information, while the majority of the other poker games out there don't require so much. Also I can't hardly ever win I always lose...not fun. If I don't win more soon I will uninstall this game.

Constant "improvements" are ruining this game. You had a good thing going. The sending gifts was an awesome perk. Now you put unpredictable nonsensical limitations on that! Did you hire a politician or what? One day I can accept 7 gifts totaling up to $16,000 then the next day, I hit my "daily limit" after 3 gifts of $100.00. Don't you think that we deal with enough limitations crammed down our throat by our govt on a daily basis. Why do you need do us like that? Change it back please!!!!

I have never seen a worse run of cards in my life. I really believe the developers purposely make the caress fall in thiwr favor so people have to buy more chips. Seriously.. I have been running stats on all my hands... and it defies logic how many times I get sucked out on the river. Or haw many other people I have seen get THREE AND FOUR FULL BOATS IN A ROW!! ! do u have any idea how long the odds are of that really happening? Yet its commonplace on this poker site. Get frequent annoying notifications of when your friends are online and when you receive free chips. They come to your phone in the sound of a text message, day and night. You can disable them, but the app automatically re-enables them, so the only way to not hear them is to turn your ringer off. Tried to email customer support but there is no way of doing so (that I can find anyway). If this doesn't get fixed I'll uninstall.

If you are a real poker player know that zynga gives a lot of bad beats, pays the wrong person and seems to encourage the bad players to play bad by rewarding them. No fold 'em hold 'em. Also froze me out of tournament yesterday, popped into a cash and before I even knew that had happened, I lost 40,000 in chips without being able to play hand. So be warned. Makes wrong payouts and folds you out of winning hands after you have raised.

I did an up date today now it won't even load or open so I can't even play ??? Zinga sucks What is wrong with this game, every time I have a good hand it loses connection , I had won a huge pot and it dropped me before I could collect my winnings, or drops me from the game, this seems to be an ongoing problem among other things, this game is very very poor. After paying for chips you don't win anything in return which i think is wrong, you should be able to win something at least,maybe more chances of winning especially when u pay for your chips. How about a separate tournament for people who have paid really money and another tournament for people who got their chips free. And also. To have different coloured chips for people that have paid real money to the chips you get free

This poker site is rigged ... lunch if cheats. Between the poor dealing and TV other players on cells phones, .or individuals with multiple account all playing against you to raise pots. I'm finally giving up and un installing. I encourage others to do the same if you feel like ur getting g cheated. The odds of some of the things I have seen just cannot ..would not... happen in real poker. Taking my money someplace else thanks.

It's a decent game. However, turning off notification in settings doesn't keep it off. It resets back on soon as I quit. I don't think the game is rigged. I can win consistently and I'm no expert. However, auto fold when people drop off seems unfair. Should consider changing it to a call with no more bet for the dropout. I do see player make obvious bogus calls to build pots for friends. Wish there's a way to report it.

Zynga got still bugs on my samy s2 ics software. Also lacks a lot of features. Why if you loose all money at table zynga not automately replenish your buy in to not waste the next game at the table. Why not dealing cards corectly and randomly.why choses potential winners buy giving cards acordingly to how they play it is obvious... Why so many times I have same pair of cards on two succesive games. Why cannot find a place at a table at desired start bid if claimed 300000 are online!!!!!!

I play this on my phone and on FB and have for over 2 years enjoyed it until recently. I log in today to find my accnt suspended for 7 days for a policy violation that has not been explained to me...I have not done any violating of any sort unless you consider NOT BUYING chips a violation. Watch out for chip skimming due to so called RANDOM hands to flops. This is far from any randomness as if i would have these odds in Vegas then Vegas would be bankrupt.
